Privacy (summary)

When you request the workbook we collect your first name, email address, and the marketing parameters on the link you arrived from (UTM values and ad-click ids). We use them to send you the workbook and occasional deal-structuring emails, and to measure which of our marketing works. We store them in our CRM (GoHighLevel). We do not sell your data. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works. To have your data deleted, email tim@opmnow.com. The full privacy policy publishes here with attorney review.

Tracking disclosure

These pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless), and — when configured — the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 tags, to measure page views, opt-ins, and bookings so we know which of our marketing is worth keeping. If you use an ad blocker, the pages work fine without any of it.

1. We make no earnings guarantee

Our Offerings teach real-estate investing and business/sales skills. We do not guarantee that you will earn any money, make any deal, avoid any loss, or achieve any particular result. Nothing on our sites or in our programs is a promise or projection of your earnings. Real estate and business involve substantial risk, including the risk of losing money.

2. Results are not typical

Where we show income figures, deal counts, or student stories, those reflect what specific people achieved under their circumstances, effort, skill, capital, and market. They are not typical, and you should not expect to replicate them. The typical purchaser of an education or coaching product makes little or no money, and many make nothing at all. Your results depend on factors we do not control.

3. Individual results depend on you

Success with any skill-based program requires work, time, capital, and consistent application over an extended period. We cannot and do not promise that our methods will work for you.
